Wanzie.com TICKET POLICY

Please be sure to read this policy prior to making purchases online. All sales are subject to these procedures:

All sales are final! You will receive a confirmation email within 24-hours (business days) of your transaction. It will contain important information regarding your tickets and the will call service at the venue.  If you do not get this separate confirmation from us with-in this 24-hour period, you must contact us directly or risk the loss of seats and/or tickets (which are eligible for a full refund).  Tickets are nontransferable. Contact the Box Office Manager for details.

SELECT-A-SEAT:  If you do not include a seating request with your Reserved Seat order we will notify you at least two times.  Within one-week of the performance, we will automatically assign the best available seats and issue a Confirmation Email to the buyer.  The buyer has a right to ultimately refuse this assignment and thus request a refund up until 24-hours prior to the scheduled showtime.  All sales are final within that 24-hour period.

You need to make a note of your confirmation number. All correspondence should include this number. You may be asked for your confirmation number when you pick up the tickets prior to the show. Be prepared to present a valid ID (drivers license or credit card) that matches the name that was used for to make the purchase. Tickets must be picked up from will call at the theater NO LATER THAN 15-minutes prior to show time. Tickets not claimed by this time might be released for resale at that time. The producers of this event and the owners of the venue reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is in violation of these policies or those for which the venue finds inappropriate or unruly. 

Any and all challenged, cancelled, or reversal requests initiated by the buyer, on behalf of the buyer or by the issuing financial institution will be subject to all fees associated with the transaction reversal or cancellation.  The buyer is responsible for all of these fees. 

PayPal is not a part of WANZIE.com. We utilize PayPal services for the secure transactions of credit/debit card and eCheck payments and all sales are subject to the terms used for those transactions. If you have a current PayPal account you can begin to make purchases online at WANZIE.com in our Gift Shop and in our Box Office. Contact our Box Office Manager for technical assistance or further information.

Questions about PayPal?

eCheck: eCheck transactions cannot be accepted after midnight on the Monday prior to the specified show date. Those funds are not released until after 4-business-day hold. All other transactions can be made until three-hours prior to the show time.
